Well I certainly can't do the first option, since it ties into the second.
When I obtained my DiendDriver I had become... shall we say, aware of the many worlds out there. Most notably worlds that would greatly affect the World Without Riders, but also my own history.
Tsukasa, the one who will Destroy Everything, Connect Everything, will enter this world in 2009. He will encounter the Shinkengers. In a projected 6 months time, this world like all others will begin to merge and destroy itself with the rest of the Rider Multiverse.
I'm here to make sure it correctly changes the path, so that we don't get that Bad End.
That I can only assume is because I was successful in averting the World Merge. Which is why I have such a vested interest in your timeframe. It's proof I succeeded, but the chance of a Rider being born in this world now is high.
I'm sorry, you're being a jerk, used your Rider powers to force Cure Blossom to fight and now you kidnap a fairy, roughly enough to make Tsubomi cry, out of habit?!
[Hear that, Kaitou? That's the sound of all those sympathy points you just won being thrown out the window.]
... [The feed shuts off while Yuri watches the video. And then stays off for a while longer while she thinks about what she saw. A lot of things make sense now... but not in the way she'd been hoping for.
When she reconnects, she's a lot more quiet than she was during the first part of their conversation.]
...I see. [She's quiet for another moment. Then she smiles humorlessly.] It's kind of strange. For a moment in that video you kind of reminded me of myself.
Of course. This... one incident excepted, I'm not that petty. I can keep a secret.
[Yuri frowns at the tone. She's spoken with it plenty of times herself. It's not the same when it's someone else. When she speaks again, it's not with pity, not quite. More like... understanding.]
I live with it, all the time. I know it looks so easy, that I found my Greatest Treasure. But I found my own history to be so malleable that I want to steer it. And sometimes, well, sometimes the practiced art of finding treasure hurts others.
[He is grateful she won't spread it around too. Just because it was tough to even show her the video.]
I won't pick on Blossom anymore, or kidnap fairies. I can't guarantee not jumping in if the kids need help mind you.
I appreciate that. I'll return your DiendDriver, as promised.
[She feels pretty guilty about all of this now. She couldn't have known, of course, but that doesn't stop the feeling. Why couldn't she just have been happy Potpourri was safe? Now here he was, revealing all of this. And she pretty much forced him to. As if she didn't hate herself enough already.
...
She checks for a moment that the filter's still on. He was willing to trust her like this... she could at least return the favor.]
...I told everyone that I can't become Cure Moonlight anymore because I lost against Dark Precure and my Precure Seed broke, but that's not the whole truth. It's just easier to tell it that way.
My fairy partner is dead. That's my guilt. I'm sorry about how I reacted when I confronted you earlier. I let my feelings get the better of me.

Also, I'd like to take the briefest of moments to enjoy the irony that is me stealing from you.

The first option is that you stay out of Kibogahana. Permanently.
The second option is that you tell me why you interfered in events here. Events that I'll remind you have absolutely nothing to do with you.

Wait... what? It will destroy itself?
Isn't that impossible? There are several people connected from this world, after that.

What the hell possessed you to go about it the way you do? Even if you think the act itself will help, your methods need some serious work.

Look I'm sorry all right? The Rule of my role in this makes me who I am.

Just before you condemn me completely, here.
[And he links her to a video file that he had on hand detailing why he was acting the way he was.]

[His words were, well less than forced, but there was a softness to them, overlaid with an emotion that Yuri probably is familiar with: regret.]

There's... no way to reclaim your treasure is there?
no subject
No. When enough Heart Seeds are gathered the Heart Tree can give birth to new fairies, but it can't bring back the dead.
no subject
... just, well... when I get to Den-O's world, do you want to come along? I might be able to get you a ticket to board the Train of Time, DenLiner.
It's not much, but I can probably find a way to get you to be able to see your partner once more.
